At Faithfont Apparel, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping process for both domestic and international orders, along with important information about tracking, delivery times, and potential issues.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail to provide reliable and timely delivery. Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process, package, and dispatch it. Kindly note that we do not ship orders on weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this number to be registered and updated on the Royal Mail website.
Worldwide Shipping
We’re pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO or PO box addresses at this time.
For international shipments, we offer two reliable shipping options:
Similar to domestic orders, international packages require 1-3 business days for processing, packaging, and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website.
Customs and Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and other local taxes may be applicable upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer. Faithfont Apparel is not liable for any such fees incurred during transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays or damage during transit, such as severe weather or courier service disruptions.
Please note that Faithfont Apparel cannot provide refunds or credits for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once they have been shipped. However, we encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns about your order. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue wherever possible.
