We want you to love your garments. Because every piece in our collection is custom crafted to order rather than mass-produced, we ask that you check our Sizing Guide before purchasing.

Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. UK and EU customers have a guaranteed 14-day cooling-off period within this window.

• Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Free of scents, deodorant stains, or pet hair.
• Complete with all original tags and packaging.

Regional Return Hubs (How to Start)
To avoid high international shipping fees, we process returns through regional hubs. Do not mail your item back to the address on your shipping bag.

1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Our team will send you the correct mailing instructions for your region:
   • UK & European Orders: Routed to our central UK Studio Hub.
   • US & North American Orders: Routed to our regional North American Facility.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs to your regional hub. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damages and Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours with a photograph of the issue. We will ship a free replacement immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items, personalised goods, or digital gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges: The fastest way to get a new size is to return your item. Once approved, place a new order on our site.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
